Welcome is a new site dedicated to home grown tobacco. This site is provided FREE of charge by Plantation House, the UK's largest supplier of tobacco seeds to home growers throught the world.

Our aim is to create a FREE worldwide guide to the law on home grown tobacco, covering such matters as whether it is legal to grow your own tobacco for personal use, how much you can grow, whether excise duty is payable, and whether you may sell it or not.

Plantation House have recently discovered that the UK Government have introduced excise duty on home grown tobacco, although this will not be implemented in the foreseeable future.
